Orange And Romaine With Curry Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/4 cups sliced red onion
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into slices

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Set aside.
  2. Arrange 3/4 cup lettuce on each of 4 salad plates; top evenly with sliced onion and orange slices. Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad. Serve immediately.
