Ingredients:

  • 1/2 inch piece cucumber
  • 1 generous pinch salt
  • 2 tsp mint sauce

Directions:

  1. Finely chop onions, tomato, and cucumber to make think strips.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the salt, chili powder, lemon juice, and mint sauce.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
