Ingredients:
2 onions
1 tomato
1/2 inch piece cucumber
1 generous pinch salt
1 pinch red chili powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons mint sauce
Directions:
1. Finely chop onions, tomato, and cucumber to make think strips.
2. Place in a bowl and add the salt, chili powder, lemon juice, and mint sauce.
3. Mix thoroughly.
