Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dry milk
  • 3/4 cup rye flour
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dehydrated onion
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the bread maker pan in the order listed.
  2. Process on the whole wheat cycle.
