  1. Preheat oven to 325*F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients on low speed of electric mixeruntil blended. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooded pick comes out clean.
  4. Serve plain or topped with fruit, ice cream or topping of your choice.
