Directions:

  1. Beat together butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt until a stiff dough forms.
  3. Stir in coconut and macadamia nuts.
  4. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for10 minutes.
