Ingredients:

  • 4 (4 oz) pork chops
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 small carrots , split lengthwise and cut in 2-inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Brown chops in non-stick skillet. Pour off excess fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 45 min or until tender.
