Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in a large skillet and drain
  2. Add 2 C. water and the taco seasoning mix.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the rice
  5. Sprinkle cheese over top
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. To serve, spoon onto dinner plate and top with lettuce and tomato
  8. Optional: serve with tortilla chips instead of forks.
