Tater Tot Taco Salad

  1. Bake tater tots according to directions on package.
  2. Cook beef and drain.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning packet.
  4. Add water and simmer about five minutes or until most of the liquid has disappeared.
  5. Put tater tots on four plates.
  6. Top with taco mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream.
  7. Feel free to use any topping that you enjoy on a taco.
