One-Pan Potatoes and Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Partially cook potatoes in water, or microwave them.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, mix together the garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Toss beef with the garlic mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  5. Add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove beef and add bell pepper to the pan.
  7. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
  8. Add partially cooked potatoes and saute 5 minutes.
  9. Add beef and fry until heated through and meat is at desired doneness.
  10. Season with salt.
