Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken chunks in hot fry pan until almost cooked through.
  2. Add chicken stock, potatoes, sweet potato and carrots.
  3. Cover and bring to boil
  4. Add rice (amount to your liking) and curry powder.
  5. Cover and bring to boil again.
  6. Then simmer until rice and vegies are cooked and stock has been absorbed.
  7. If the mix dries out, add a little more stock (I like to keep a little extra on hand just in case).
