One Dish Chicken 'n Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 F.
  2. Coat Chicken with Flour.
  3. Arrange Chicken in single layer with skin sides down in Melted Butter in an 8 x 12 casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn Chicken, bake for another 15-20 minutes or until brown and tender.
  6. Pour off excess fat.
  7. Combine Evaporated Milk, Soup, Cheese, Salt and Pepper.
  8. Add Mushrooms and Onions to Chicken.
  9. Pour Milk mixture over Chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with Paprika.
  11. Cover dish with foil.
  12. Reduce oven temperature to 325 F.
  13. Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes.
  14. Serve with Potatoes, Vegetables or Rice.
