Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup m
  • 1/4 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Blend in egg and vanilla.
  3. Add oats,soda,salt, and flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in raisins, coconut.
  6. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and top each cookie with 2 or 3 m&m's.
  7. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
