In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugars together, until fluffy. Mix in eggs (one at a time), vanilla and almond. Then slowly mix in the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet - slightly flatten dough.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden. Don't let raisins burn.
