Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup splenda granular
  • 1/8 cup splenda brown sugar blend (if you substitute any other kind-double it. splenda brown sugar is halved.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 8 oz hersey's sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture a small amount at a time alternating with the cream.
  4. Once all ingredients are in, add the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop small spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
