Ingredients:

  • 7 to 10 carrots (depending on how big they are)
  • 4 to 6 potatoes (again..depending on size.)
  • 3 tbsp of butter .

Directions:

  1. The first thing you want to do is take a peeler and peel your potatoes and your carrots. Then using either a hand shreader or a food processor, shred the potatoes and carrots together until you get around 3 or 4 cups of shreaded hash.
  2. Taking a medium frying pan, heat about 3 tablespoons of butter and put the mixed hash in the pan. Fry and consistantly flip to get the hash to cook down and become soft and then to fry up a golden brown.
  3. Salt to taste. It can be ate as a meal, or can be served as a side at breakfast.
