Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
  2. Add cubed potatoes and the last six ingredients to pan.
  3. Fry potatoes until golden brown and fork tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Then add the butter and diced onion. Mix.
  5. When the onion has softened slightly, add the ham to the pan and mix again to combine.
  6. Once heated through sprinkle the cheese over hash.
  7. Serve when cheese has melted.
