Ingredients:

  • 6 medium carrots
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch mace (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel carrots and cut into serving size pieces.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into serving sized pieces.
  3. Boil each vegetable (separately) until tender.
  4. Drain vegetables and place into one container.
  5. Mash together with the butter and spices.
