Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss together crumbled bacon, potatoes, and onion in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Melt bacon grease in saucepan over medium-high heat; stir in flour; slowly whisk in water and vinegar. Ouch, bacon grease so bad-but adds a great flavor and consistancy when you add the flour. Stir in sugar; celery seed and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Pour hot mixture over potatoes in the bowl.
  4. Serve hot, or you can let chil .
  5. P.S Throw some Sliced Cooked Brats in this....
