Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Directions:

  1. Place in cereal bowl heat in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. stir well and serve.
