Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oatmeal , ground in coffee grinder
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot or 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp wheat germ
  • 1 tsp tea leaves , ground in coffee grinder
  • 1 tsp dried lavender flowers , ground in coffee grinder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight glass container.
  2. To use, combine 1 tsp with about 1/2 tsp water or milk until it makes a paste.
  3. Massage this paste gently into your skin.
  4. Rinse well. Servings are based on 1 tsp uses.
