Oatmeal with Flax seed, Wheat germ, Wheat bran and Raisins.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs wheat germ
1 tbs wheat bran
2 tbs raisins
Directions:
1. Place in cereal bowl heat in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. stir well and serve.
