Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325.
  2. Grind about 3 cups of the oats to yield 1 1/2 cups of oat flour. They process well in a mini-chopper.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients and fold in dry. Spread into a greased (non-stick spray) 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Cut into 12 squares. Stores best when wrapped well in plastic and stored in the freezer. A quick zap in the microwave or round in the toaster oven makes it a quick meal when rushing out the door in the morning.
  6. Dried fruit can be added if desired.
