Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 13 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix in large Bowl: First 4 ingredients
  2. Stir in oats and raisins
  3. Beat egg and milk together.
  4. Add oil
  5. Add this mixture to Flour mixture
  6. Stir untill dry ingredikents are wet leaving batter lumpy
  7. Fill greased muffin tins have full Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
  8. Makes 12 Muffins
