Ingredients:

  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Cut in margarine.
  3. Form well.
  4. Lightly beat eggs in well.
  5. Add milk and vanilla.
  6. Put in greased muffin tin, filling empty compartments with water.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
