Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix oats with buttermilk.
  2. Add eggs and dry ingredients.
  3. Fry on lightly greased griddle until edges are cooked and center bubbles.
  4. Turn and brown.
