Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, water and egg whites in a glass dish and pop in the microwave 1 minute at a time stirring after each minute until the mixture reaches a custard-like oatmeal and not scrambled egg whites.
  2. Stir banana, maple syrup, and a few more dashes of cinnamon into your oats. Layer sliced strawberries over the oats and top with yogurt mixture. (Optional - you can substitute heavy whipping cream for the yogurt if you choose).
  3. Sprinkle walnuts over the top and enjoy!
