  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Beat eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and rolled oats separately to creamed mixture, blending well after each addition. Stir in apples. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
