Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all wet ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
  3. Place muffin paper cups into a muffin pan and fill each 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter.
  4. Note** this works best with papers due to the lack of fat in the recipe.
  5. Bake 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
  6. DO NOT OVER BAKE (due to the lack of fat they will be too dry if over baked).
