Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 10 oz can water chestnuts
  • 1/4 lb margarine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then combine ingredients in casserole dish.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed then stir and serve.
