Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix together 1 cup of nuts (I used a combo of pecans and pistachios), with 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsps honey, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  3. Lay the bottom crust on an ungreased cookie sheet and spread the nut mixture over it.
  4. Then cover with the top layer of pie crust. Prick holes all around with a fork, then crimp around the edges with the tines. Brush with milk.
  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes and cut into wedges. Drizzle some melted chocolate all over it.
