Nut Topped Applesauce Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease a square baking pan.
  2. In large bowl thoroughly combine sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs and milk.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Add to applesauce mixture then stir until well combined.
  5. Stir in pecans then turn into prepared pan.
  6. Combine topping ingredients then sprinkle evenly over batter and bake 1 hour.
  7. Cover with foil after 30 minutes to avoid over browning.
  8. Remove from pan and cool.
