Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8 square pan.
  2. Cream together shortening, peanut butter and honey.
  3. Add tofu puree, banana and soymilk, beating well.
  4. Add flour, bran, flaxseed, cocoa, baking soda and sea salt to the mixture, mixing well. Add a little soymilk if necessary.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
