Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 180 (or 160 degrees C for fan forced).
  2. Grease 24cm x 11cm loaf pan.
  3. Cream together butter, suars, vanilla and honey.
  4. Add mashed bananas, beaten egg and milk to cream mixture.
  5. Fold in sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture until combined.
  6. Spoon batter into loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until skewer inserted into centre of cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow cake to stand for 5-8 minutes, before i nverting onto a wire rack to become cool.
  8. When cold, dust with icing sugar.
