Ingredients:

  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin & coriander
  • 3 cup carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Directions:

  1. Heat oil add garlic, paprika, cumin & coriander saute for 20 secs. Add carrots, water and lemon juice and salt. Bring to a simmer. Until tender. Stir in parsley.
