Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, brown pork in oil and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, remove pork with slotted spoon to a side dish.
  2. Saute celery, bell peppers, and onion in same skillet in remaining oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pork, celery/onion mixture, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green chilies, soups, soysauce, and macaroni.
  4. Spoon ingredients into one large 9x13 baking dish, and top with chow mein noodles.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
