Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, beaten egg, & food coloring.
  2. Add flour, salt, & baking powder, mixing well.
  3. Put dough on floured cutting board.
  4. Roll very thin.
  5. Cut with noodle cutter or flour lightly, roll up dough & cut with sharp knife into very narrow noodles.
  6. Cook in a rich chicken or turkey broth until done.
  7. Do not let over boil.
  8. Noodles freeze well for later preparation.
