Non Dairy Glazed Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) containers non-dairy whipped topping (rich's)
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 1/2-4 oz chinese pecans
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites with the sugar.
  2. In a small bowl,whisk the egg yolks and maple syrup with a fork.
  3. In a separte bowl, beat the whip. Add yolk mixture.
  4. Fold egg whites into whip.
  5. Fold in pecans.
  6. Reserve some peacans for garnish.
  7. Freeze.
