Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix as much taco seasoning as your taste allows in with the cottage cheese.
  2. I find the entire package is much to salty.
  3. Spread on a small serving platter or 9 pie plate.
  4. Cover entire surface with lettuce, then cheese, onions and tomatoes.
  5. Use tortilia chips for scooping.
  6. Serve right away as the lettuce will go limp if left too long.
  7. This recipe can be doubled to suit your party needs.
