No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, butter, milk, cocoa
  2. Cook on low heat until boiling
  3. Boil for 5 minutes
  4. Take off heat
  5. Add oatmeal, PB (opt), and coconut (opt)
  6. Stir
  7. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper
  8. Let cool
  9. Enjoy!
