Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (i use crushed crackers when im outta bread crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (i just eyeball it as i drizzle it ontop)

Directions:

  1. Drain soup. If using tomato no need to drain, mix all ingredients together except ketchup. Place mixture into baking pan or dish. Form into a loaf. Spread ketchup on top of loaf or create a design. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
