Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 6 cup milk
  • dash(es) salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Separate egg yolks, beat whites till fluffy, frothy, or stiff in large pan. add vanilla to egg whites set aside.
  2. Mix egg yolks, cornstarch, & 1 cup milk. set aside.
  3. Heat 5 cups milk, sugar, dash cinnamon & salt, keep stirring. add egg yolk mixture, keep stirring. when thick add to egg whites, mix and sprinkle with cinnamon. modify recipe to your liking. Enjoy hot or cold.
