My Mother's Delicious Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 5 quart stockpot put the 2 liters of water, the chicken, the cloveof garlic, 3 teaspoons of salt and half onion to cook for about 30 minute.
  2. Check that the chicken is almost cooked, add the potatoes and the rice and let cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. At last add the tomato slices, vegetables, mushrooms and olives.
  4. Cover and let simmer for another 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with a couple of corn tortillas and lemons to squeeze in the soup and it is deliciously ready!
