My Mother's Cucumber Sambal

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate the cucumber and onion.
  2. Salt to taste and set aside for half an hour.
  3. Squeeze out the juices and flavour with white wine vinegar, sugar and a lot of white pepper.
  4. Chill for an hour or two.
