Directions:

  1. Rub some olive oil over one side of the bread and toast in a 450 oven until golden brown
  2. Put cheese and slices of meat on one pc. and mayo on the other piece.
  3. Fry 2 eggs in olive oil ,salt and pepper ,breaking the yolks and flip over and cook to taste . i like mine cooked hard..
  4. Put cooked eggs over the meat and splash a few drops of tobasco sauce on top put other bread on top. slice in half.
