Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine the flour with the mustard, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler with water boiling in the bottom.
  2. Gradually add milk into the flour mixture stirring constantly till mixture thickens.
  3. Add beaten eggs and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
  4. Add vinegar and serve while hot.
  5. Use for fish or meat.
