Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together in a large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the milk and egg. Add this to the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
  3. Stir in olives, walnuts, and pimento. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  5. Preheat oven to 350.
  6. Let the bread stand in pan for 20 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
