Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • 3-4 slice ginger root
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice asparagus into long diaganals.Chop ginger,slice mushrooms.Fry asparagus and ginger in oil over nedium heat turning continuously.Sprinkle lightly with salt.After one minute add mushrooms,a little pepper and a pinch of sugar.Keep stirring one minute,put lid on and cook one more minute.
