Mushroom and Celery Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine mushrooms and celery in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, white pepper, onion salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour over mushrooms and celery.
  4. Serve.
