Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach (frozen according to pkg) till cooked then as follows
  2. Cook spinach (if fresh) as follows
  3. Cook in olive oil and garlic till tender
  4. In large frying pan, saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in a mixture of olive oil and butter till cooked
  5. In a butter casserole pan
  6. Layer half of spinach mixture, then a layer of mushroom mixture
  7. Top with 1/2 pkg of cheese and Parmesean cheese
  8. Layer balance in same manner
  9. Top with seasoning of salt, pepper and garlic powder
  10. Bake 20 minutes in 350 till cheese is melted
